He WINS!!!!!

Scotty Mcreery....the next American Idol! YES!!!! I can't believe he won...but I knew he would! He was all of our favorite since we saw Scotty's audition and thought he was Jonny Cash... Oh yeah I pick the winners:) When he sang with Tim McGraw that was the best preformance of the night. It is so cool he won!

Speaking of country music, we are going to go see the Clint Black concert on Friday. That will be super cool too!

No more school!

There are only 8.5 more days of school!!! HOORAY!!! This causes for celebration.
That is my only real major news beside...

I am going to go to St. George Thursday and Friday to help my grandma move.

We finished testing! YES. Today we had Section two of the final science test. Because I am in the ALL and we were tested the regular 5th grade test, it was all super easy.

Guess what happened to my toe last night? My big toenail was way too long, and so I stubbed it really hard on my way up the stairs and half my toenail popped right off, and there was blood all in the bathtub where I washed it out. It still hurts, but not as much.

No school Monday!

My dad is going to Africa next week and is coming back who knows when.

AMERICAN IDOL SEASON FINALE IS TONIGHT!!!!!!! Well, they will sing tonight. There are two parts to it. Tommorow is actually when Scotty WILL win.

I think that's it...

Hope Of America

Hope of America was yesterday! It was totally fun, and way worth the HOURS of practice:) Hope of America is this huge patriotic program at the Marriot Center, where we sing and do all these actions, and there are performances. We also did a couple of songs like Thank You, Military and American Heroes that were broadcast to the soldiers stationed in Iraq. It was super fun!!! I was a red stripe in the flag, 2nd from the bottom. The performances were amazing! They had this "Dancing Grandma" group where there is this NINTY FOUR year old grandma that dances and goes right down into the splits! I also recently found out that my Aunt Susie is in that group so it was pretty awesome. They also had this really cool dance group that preformed on Dancing With The Stars, and made Paula Abdul's top ten best dance group list thing. They were REALLY amazing! They also had all these little kid preformances that rocked, and cool pre-show people like the Green Man Group. It lasted like an hour and a half, and with the 12,000 other families there, we didn't get home until around 11 from all the TERRIBLE traffic. (It was worth it though.) And, the best part, I reunited with RILEY NELSON, the BYU quarterback on the football team! He watched the whole preformance and talked to the crowd at one part, and also led the pledge. There were also two other people from the football team, but who cares about them! Remember when Riley came to my school in 4th grade? He gave me a pen, and even a high five. When he came out, I screamed to my friend Cali who was sitting next to me, "I've met him before! This is so cool!" Anyway, it was an awesome night!

Hope Of America kids (including me!) also known
as over 6,000 5th graders from 70 different
schools! There were so many people they had to
split it up into two different nights. I went on Wed.
rather than Tues.

Extreme Makover: Door Edition

Check it out!

More BYU love:)!!!!!
Today I re-decorated my door. I decided since a couple months ago, I'm officially a die-hard BYU fan. This proves it!!! So, first of all, the one, the only.....JIMMER!!! Mr. Fredette here was selling at our book fair, and I couldn't resist. I guess this is like the only poster that his family is letting be released to the public to sell. The school told us about it on Friday, and because the book fair started on Monday, Monday I hurried in as the doors opened for the first time, and rushed to it. I was third in line, therefore getting the third copy ever sold of this limited edition awesomeness. And I must mention that it was SIGNED by Jimmer the great, and that he is the "2011 NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE YEAR" When I first put it up, Kelsey ran up to it and went, "Can I kiss him?" haha:)
The other stuff I printed off online, and the "Go Cougars" at the top I made with paper, markers, and blue cardstock.
If you put all this together, getting a sudden idea, you get the finished product of.......THIS!!! Take a closer look...click on the picture. You will see that those "little blue dots" (that's what they look like!) are actually a million little blue "Y" logo things. I also printed off a big one, up by the GO COUGARS, and a BYU thing, and the circle and the baby cougar that says BYU on the left side.
Awesome.
